The Villa is a neat and spacious self-catering holiday home. It is ideally situated only 100 meters or less than 3 minutes walk to the stunning Pringle Bay beach.
Pringle Bay is situated along the Whale Coast in the Overberg area and the beautiful and unspoilt Kogelberg Biosphere . Less than 1 hours drive from Cape Town International Airport along the spectacular Clarence Drive.
Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up to the view of the beautiful surroundings. This is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway.
The self catering holiday home accommodation has a 3-star grading and offers:

The Villa is a neat and spacious self-catering holiday house. It is located only 100 meters, or less than 3 minutes walk, from the stunning Pringle Bay beach and within close proximity to the river mouth. It is situated in a beautiful unspoilt area surrounded by mountains and fynbos. It caters for six guests and has sea views from the first floor and mountain views from the ground and first floor.
Bedrooms
The Villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is on the first floor while the other bedrooms are conveniently located on the bottom floor.
Main bedroom
The main bedroom comes with a queen size bed and ceiling fan. This room has sea and mountain views. It has a sliding door leading onto a covered balcony. Next to the bedroom is a spacious bathroom with shower and bath.
Blanket and portable oil or panel heater is available for winter.
Bottom Bedrooms
The two additional bedrooms are next to each other. They have two single beds each. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and doors that lead out to a covered stoep/veranda.
In the one bedrooms the single beds can be pushed together to make a "king size" bed. The other bedroom has place for a cot that can be requested when booking.
Blankets and portable oil and panel heater available for winter.
The bottom bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower.
Living Room
The living room on the first floor is spacious with sea and mountain views. A sliding door leads out to the balcony. In the living room is a coffee table and a six seater lounge suite where you can comfortably sit and read while you listen to the sea. You will find a large selection of magazines and books (English, Swedish and German). You can also play a game or build a puzzle.
Next to the living room is a separate TV room with a couch and armchair, watch one of the SABC channels or bring your own decoder. A satellite dish is installed.
Kitchen and Dining Room
On the ground floor the open-plan kitchen/ dinning room is neat and fully equipped. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, electrical oven and a four plate gas hob. There is crockery and cutlery for at least eight guests and plenty of pots, pans, bowls etc for cooking and baking. Dishwashing liquid, sponges, cleaning agents etc is supplied.
The dining room has a large table and eight chairs. From the dining room you can walk through the sliding door to the built-in braai/ BBQ. The braai area is under roof and there is an area to sit with teak table and chairs.
Outside
The garden at the back of the house is fenced in, the trees are newly planted and do therefore not yet offer much shade. All rooms on the first floor (living room, TV room and main bedroom) have access to the covered balcony. All rooms at the bottom floor (the two bedrooms and dining room) has access to the veranda or braai/ BBQ area. Here you can braai to the sound of the sea and spice your food with some of the fresh rosemary and thyme growing just below the steps.
An outdoor shower and washing line is available. A single garage is available for the guests and in front of the house is a large paved area with plenty of parking space.
Extra
A cot, high chair, baby bath and potty can be arranged if requested upon booking and special arrangements might be made for extra guests.
A comprehensive information and activity file, puzzles, games, books and beach umbrella are also available.
A satellite dish is installed but remember to bring your own decoder.
Warm blankets and oil heater available in winter.
Bed linen and` towels are not supplied unless the guests request so when making a booking, an addition fee will be charged for every person whishing bed linen (see Rates). Beach towels are not supplied.
The Villa is graded 3 stars by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and is a member of both the local Hangklip-Kleinmond and Cape Town Tourism Bureaus.
