Very spacious with private garden and swimming pool and lounge area and covered outdoor dining, plus an outside toilet.
The interior has a spacious lounge / dining room and a comfortable kitchen with all appliances. In the living room in addition to the  digital terrestrial TV are satellite channels in all languages, DVD and stereo as well as WI-FI internet.

It has two twin bedrooms downstairs, one with ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs, one with double bed and large private terrace with awning, with bathroom and TV; the other bedroom has two beds with an aditional sitting room with TV.

Located in the quiet marina of Pasito Blanco with restricted access and 24 hours surveillance. Overlooking the sea, a few minutes walk from the sandy beach, the swimming area located on the pier with natural sea pool, solarium, chill out bar and restaurant. The marina has its own supermarket.

A few minutes away from Maspalomas beach and it famous dunes and leisure center of the tourist area, with restaurants, shops, bars and casino and many other attractions where to enjoy free time. Next to the Meloneras golf course and minutes by car from Maspalomas golf course and close to other golf courses.
