"La Galera Las Palmeras” is one of the finest residential areas on the Costa Blanca. On the south side of the hill El Greco basks in the sun from early morning to late evening.
Villa El Greco is one of the few villas in "La Galera Las Palmeras" with views from Calpe to Benidorm. In the morning the sun rises in Calpe, towards evening it sets behind the mountains near Benidorm.
El Greco is a modern villa suitable for up to 10 people but takes its character from its warm and friendly interior. It has every facility to be expected from a house this size. The entire house has free wireless internet.
The ground floor is a guesthouse, fully renovated in 2009; it is divided into two double rooms sharing a luxurious bathroom. Both rooms have flat screen TV with DVD and Dutch Satellite. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and central heating.
The upper floor consists of three spacious double rooms with large walk-in-closets. Two of the three rooms are equipped with flat screen TV with DVD and Dutch Satellite. All bedrooms have both air conditioning (extra charge) and central heating (extra charge).
Two spacious bathrooms, both with toilet and shower, sit next to the bedrooms; one bathroom also features a nice big bath. Freshly laundered towels are waiting for you, as is a capacious bathrobe. There is a third toilet on the upper landing.
The hall leads to a spacious kitchen with all modern conveniences. In addition to standard equipment such as stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, there is also a large American fridge with separate freezer. This refrigerator features an ice maker and chilled and filtered water so you do not have to lug water bottles. With its many appliances, the kitchen is a cooks’ dream.
The kitchen leads to a glass conservatory: perfect for that fresh Spanish breakfast watching the sun rise. Because of its sheltered location, it is always comfortable and never too warm.
The spacious living room seats large groups but in a cosy sitting area; the perfect place with its outsize flat screen television to enjoy a movie or DVD via satellite. For chillier winter days, a lovely gas fireplace provides warmth and cosiness. Tune your iPod into the Bose Sound Dock and enjoy!
The large glass sliding window in the living room lead to a covered terrace with a luxury wicker lounge set with two sofas and four softly upholstered armchairs and a nice long table for outdoor dining; the perfect spot to leisurely enjoy morning and evening without being exposed to the extremes of temperature.
The pool terrace with its four solid wooden chairs is all you need for the best tan. It only takes a dive into the pool to cool down. The pool has a salt electrolysis system, so you can enjoy soft and pure water, without the adverse effects of chlorine. For an additional fee the pool can also be heated. Both pool and Jacuzzi are maintained on a weekly basis, ensuring a clean and hygienic bath. What could possibly beat lounging in the Jacuzzi, long drink in hand, watching the sea set over the Mediterranean?

In its indoor spacious garage you can safely park your car, motorcycles, jet skis, small boat, cycling or diving equipment. An outside parking area could even accommodate a medium size boat.
