Delightful and pretty stone villa. A tree lined shaded driveway leads you to your villa. There is a covered terrace With table and chairs. The front door takes you directly into the airy lounge with its decoration of blue sofas and chairs which gives a welcoming summer ambience. Off to the left of the lounge is a super large country style fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs for dining, and second table that can be used for preparation. A Glass door leads out of the kitchen to the covered terrace and pool.

Directly leading off lounge to the left is a twin bedroom with freestanding wardrobe and infront of the lounge area leads to inner corridor on the left is a double bedroom with freestanding wardrobe with step down to its own private en suite shower bathroom, with a small step into the walk- in shower recess area.

From the small corridor leads to a complete bathroom with shower over the bath within this bathroom doors open into a small utility area.

The lovely pool is located at the front of the Villa which has lawns on two areas and is enclosed by pine hedge on three sides and set amongst mature established natural gardens, dotted with Mediterranean palm trees.

Stone pathways lead to the freestanding stone BBQ which is located just behind the enclosed hedge area, yet ideally situated as nearby both the pool, covered terrace. The BBQ looks over the fields adjacent and onto the mountains beyond.
