Lease
I-Rent Developments SL, hereafter referred to as ‘villa-holidays.info’,
is not a contractual party with respect to the leasing and letting of holiday accommodations or the offer of holiday accommodations to be leased and let. villa-holidays.info is merely a website that presents the offers of third parties and facilitates its users’ ability to find offers by means of a search engine.
An agreement to lease holiday accommodations through villa-holidays.info is entered into directly with the representative of the holiday accommodation in question.
- The representatives of the holiday accommodations are independent organisations that arrange for the administrative
handling of the booking on behalf of the landlord and receive the payments.
That can be a tour operator, a booking agent or occasionally the owner of the holiday accommodation itself. They will be referred to hereafter as the ‘Landlord’.

- When effecting a booking or option, the name of the Landlord is always indicated on the page where the holiday accommodations are described and/or offered.
- During the booking process villa-holidays.info will clearly indicate with which Landlord the tenant concludes the lease for the holiday accommodation in question.
- villa-holidays.info kindly requests you to contact the Landlord directly with respect to any questions about a booking, the booking process and the booking conditions or questions about the holiday accommodations themselves.
- The booking is governed by the Landlord’s General Terms and Conditions.
- villa-holidays.info kindly requests you to contact the Landlord directly if you wish to make a change to or cancel an existing booking.
- If you have caused any damage during your stay in a holiday accommodation, or if you have any complaints about the use of the holiday accommodation, you should directly contact the Landlord with which you booked the holiday accommodation.
No additional fees
Unlike other intermediaries, villa-holidays.info does not charge a fee for the intermediation in searching for/finding or reserving holiday accommodations, nor does it receive any commission. Thus, there are no additional costs for you as the tenant, other than those indicated in the lease with the Landlord.
villa-holidays.info receives a fixed amount from the Landlord for each booking to cover administrative expenses. As a result, the total rental for the holiday accommodation is as low as possible for you, the tenant.
Due care in respect of website; limitation of liability
villa-holidays.info and the companies affiliated with it have exercised all due care in compiling this website in order to ensure that the information it contains is reliable and up to date. However, even if due care is exercised it is not always possible to prevent inaccuracies and incomplete information. villa-holidays.info is not liable for any errors or incomplete information. Of course we will correct an error or incomplete information as soon as we become aware of it.
